This committee is responsible for processing all donations, assuring that donors are acknowledged, financial records are maintained and safeguarded, bills are paid and students checks for awards and that scholarships are issued when due. This committee also formulates and publishes the annual report to the community.

Tasks Associated with this committee’s work:

  1. Develop an annual budget.
  2. Monitor and track donations.
  3. Prepare and present revenue and expense status reports.
  4. Monitor bank account transactions and balances.
  5. Ensure checks and other transactions affecting E. Wesley funds are authorized and valid.
  6. Work with financial institutions and personnel as needed.
  7. Follow up with accounts receivable as needed.
  8. Work with Tacoma Urban League to complete transactions or tasks as needed.
